Product Details
1. All products are available on a first-come-first-served basis, whilst stocks last.
2. All products purchased cannot be returned or exchanged.
3. The quality of the products and accuracy of the claims are the responsibility of the manufacturer and/or distributor of the products

Order Details
1. In order to provide our customers a pleasant and enjoyable shopping experience, we allow member and non-member to purchase our products.
2. Upon checkout, we will receive your order and an automated invoice will be email to your email account. Kindly check the details of the invoice, if you found any errors kindly contact us.
3. Order will be cancel if we didn’t receive the payment within 3 business days from the order date unless otherwise agreed upon.
4. The Vivaz management reserves the right to reject or deny any order at our discretion.

Payment Methods
1. The Vivaz offer you several payment methods, namely Paypal, interbank & intrabank transfer, ATM transfer, I-banking and credit card (VISA & Master).
2. If you chosen to pay your product using: interbank & intrabank transfer, ATM transfer or I-banking. Please send an email to us with the following details attached:

b. Transaction number:
c. Order number:
d. Amount transferred:

3. We highly recommend you to keep all the transaction records/slips.
4. The Vivaz management has the right to request from customer any transaction records/slips.
5. Upon received your payment, we will send out the item within the next 2-5 business days. Bear in mind that all on sale items are offered on a first-come-first serve basis. In the event, if you have made payment and the order is no longer available the money will be refunded.
6. In the case of suspected or fraudulent payment, including use of stolen credit cards, or any other fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to block the user's account and hand over to the authorities.

Amendments & Cancellation of payment
1. Cancellation and amendments of payment are not allowed.
2. All payments are non-refundable.

Shipping Details
1. Due to the fact, we are only operates at Malaysia and Singapore and headquarter is located at Malaysia hence we will be using Malaysia POS as our main carrier. However, if no specific carrier requested by customer, we reserve our right to choose the carrier without prior notice.
2. In the event if we are unable to deliver the product by using customer preference carrier, we remain the right to deliver the product using other carrier. If there is any extra fees incur customer will have to clear the extra fees before we send out the product.
3. The product will be shipped within 2-5 business days upon we confirmed the payment.
4. We will not responsible of any lost due to discrepancies of carrier.

Exchange Policy
1. The Vivaz do not accept refunds and exchanges if customer doesn’t provide any solid reason.
2. In the event the product misrepresented, we offer a one-to-one exchange for any item that has the same value or higher. The difference in price will have to be clear by the customer. All the postage fees will be paid by The Vivaz.
3. In the event the product is damaged, we will only consider one-to-one exchange if customer is able to provide a solid reason that the deficit is caused by The Vivaz. All the postage fees incur will be paid by customer.
4. Any defects should notify The Vivaz management within 2 business days from the day customer receives the product. If The Vivaz decides to recall the product, customer must send back the item to us within the next 5 business days.
5. The Vivaz management has the right to make the final decision not to take in any responsible once the product sent out.

Tax
1. In the event of the local authorities impose product tax, The Vivaz will not take the responsible to clear the tax for the customer.
